【性 狀】本品內(nèi)容物為磚紅色或暗紅色的結(jié)晶性粉末。

【適 應(yīng) 癥】
1. 本品與其他抗結(jié)核藥聯(lián)合用于各種結(jié)核病的初治與復(fù)治，但不宜用于結(jié)核性腦膜炎的治療。
2. 適合醫(yī)務(wù)人員直接觀察下的短程化療。
3. 亦可用于非結(jié)核性分枝桿菌感染的治療。
4. 與其他抗麻風(fēng)藥聯(lián)合用于麻風(fēng)治療可能有效。
【Indications】
1. This product is used for initial treatment and retreatment of all kinds of tuberculosis with other anti-TB drugs, but not for the treatment of tuberculous meningitis.
2. Rifapentine capsules is Suitable for Directly Observed Treatment Short course.
3. Rifapentine capsules is also can be used in the treatment of non tuberculous mycobacteria infection.
4. Rifapentine capsules may be effective for treatment of leprosy with other anti-leprosy drug.
【規(guī) 格】 0.15g；0.3g
【Specification】0.15g；0.3g
【用法用量】口服，抗結(jié)核。成人一次0.6g（4粒或2粒）（體重<55kg者應(yīng)酌減），一日1次，空腹時(shí)（餐前1小時(shí)）用水送服；一周服藥1～2次。需與其他抗結(jié)核藥聯(lián)合應(yīng)用，肺結(jié)核初始患者其療程一般為6～9個(gè)月。
【 Dosage 】Oral, anti-TB. Adult, 0.6g every time, one time a day (4 or 2 capsules) (The dosage for the patient whose body weight is less than 55kg should be reduced). Dose with water an hour before meal. Dose 1 ~ 2 times a week. Should be dosed with other anti-tuberculosis medicine. Course of Initial treatment of phthisis is generally 6 ~ 9 months.
